Can I get an accounting job with misdemeanors?

Will it be hard for me to get an accounting job with a criminal background? I don't have any felonies but a hand full of misdemeanors (DUIs, false identification, petty larceny, and driving on revoke). I will finish college with an accounting degree. Is my college degree become useless in the States? Should I immigrate to a different country to start over?
