Simple and cheap recipes for picky eaters?

Go get a box of Stove Top Stuffing (Chicken has the recipe, but I suppose any flavor will do) Follow the first recipe on the back. We do this a lot. It's cheap and has great flavor!! Also, check out foodnetwork.com They have lots of great ideas!
