OMFG! WAT SHOULD I DO?

Okk,so Im going to be a freshman next year, ima be in english honors, so my homework will be to write an biography/autobiography about someone in my carreer frield.! My carreer choice is culinary, I was interested in cat cora and julia child(idkk if thats correct) but the only access to books i have right now is on the internet, i couldnt find cat's but i found jullias...the problem is google books wont show me the whole book....OMFG! :O heres wat my igment is "Write an auto/biography on someone inspiring in your carreer choice, that person has to be the same gender as you" ! IDKK! Please help me out! Is there an inspiring female chef with a autobiography/biography, thats online?
