One of the few fair things about Nature is evolutionary failures not being able to have it well in life. Reversing this will result in mive devolution on the biological side of things; don't even get me started about possible effects on society. Anyway, I doubt the sanity of the guy who wrote that. Somebody who believes the bad guys are out to get him suffers from persecution mania in most cases.
