Can anyone help me with my tevion MP4 player (8875) the fm transmitter has stopped working?

it was working fine but then all of a sudden it would work i tried to transmit my music onto the radio but it would work the screen said it was tranmitting and on the right freuquence but one of my radios will pick it up anymore can any ome help me with this problem
