Female Hospital Corpsman...?

I am a male but was a Hospital Corpsman for thirteen years. Feamle HMs do the same jobs that male HMs do at clinics and hospitals. Right now I understand that there is a waiting list for females to enter Hospital Corps Cl "A" School.
