How do you cure a headache?

I've had a headache for three days now. I've been taking pain relievers (mostly acetaminophen, since I can't take many ibuprofen because I have a bleeding disorder) and drinking lots of water. It's still hurting. Any suggestions? Please don't suggest pills, as any other pain relievers besides the one I'm taking are blood thinners and I'm allergic to sulfa.
