Insurance denying claim...PLEASE HELP ME!!?

When you were rear ended, that made it her fault. Now your insurance company should see that you are getting paid from her insurance... you in no way should be calling her insurance. Now I don't really know anything about GEICO insurance, but have not heard anything good about them. (be aware it is all hear say for me) But with what I have heard and know all I can really tell you is good luck. You may have to sue but I can also can guess you won't get any money.
