Probably scalenus anticus syndrome! its like compression of the carotid causing the same symptoms that you haave mentioned!! i ***** find any specific page about it but i'm sure as a student doctor i'd say pls ask your fam doc abt this tomoorow! and let us know about his diagnosis!! i'm sleepy now good night!! don worry... it wont be carotid artery stenosis!
