well i was reading an article about a psychic that predicted the lottery 16 times in a row and won 130 million total until he was banned by the brazillian government in a 1989 article. Where is this lottery psychic guy now? Hasn't anyone heard of him? He lived in Rio de Janeiro at the time. Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Helpppppppp. Just curious
