What is the average HOA fee for a 2 BR condo in Midtown Atlanta?
No one could answer this for you because there is no "average" because it depends on several factors like how big your apartment is, if utilities are included in the HOA fees, if there are amenities in the HOA (pool, gym, game room, etc).
