What song was playing after the Packers-Giants game tonight?

I had a ditzy moment while watching the Packers/Giants game tonight. At the end, after the Giants won, what was the song playing at Lambeau Field? I know it's a famous song and I know that I know who sings it and the title but I can't for the life of me think of it. Does anyone know? It wasn't being played by the tv station but it was being played in Lambeau Field. Please, if someone will check their Tivo for me I will gladly give you 10 points. :D
