Electrical part Question?

I'm working on a dissection for a small digital photo frame. I've run across a part on the pcb that I'm not sure what it is. It has RM1 by it and looks like a very small mcu. Also has 104 on top which I'm guessing is capacitance. Thinking it may be a diode array or thyristor. Any help would be great.
