In the long run, what's gonna happen to Vince Young?

If Vince does not get his head together, he could be done very soon. I hate to say that because when he was drafted I saw him as a faster version of Randall Cunningham. But his athletic ability alone is not gonna cut it in the NFL. He must get his ping game together. What do u think will be Vince's fate?
