What exactly does Tony Hayward do? He doesn't appear to know about anything that goes on in BP?

Isn't it his job to know everything that goes on with any of the 100 wells BP owns? What exactly are his duties as CEO seriously? Does he do anything besides collect money? This man is a complete moron.
